AM Today, S. and W. are going out on a hike on their own. They leave early, since high temperatures are expected. N. has decided that today is the day to bake chocolate chip cookies in our well-equipped kitchen. We walk down to the supermarket to get bread, and bars, and take out tuna wraps at the coffee house for lunch.
S. and W. return earlier than expected: due to ‘cougar danger’ they couldn’t walk the whole planned hike, but decide to go out for a dinner for two. N. and I take a sunbath on the balcony, and I play a bit with my fabrics and we work on our journals. In the evening we watch another movie.
Vandaag gaan S. en W. een dagje samen op stap; ze vertrekken vroeg voor een hike, omdat ook voor vandaag worden weer hoge temperaturen verwacht. N. gaat Chocolate Chip cookies bakken. We lopen nog even naar de supermarkt om brood en reepjes te halen en voor de lunch tuna wraps bij het coffee house. S. en W. zijn wegens ‘cougar danger’ eerder terug dan verwacht, maar gaan nog lekker samen uit eten. N. en ik zonnen lekker op het balkon en ik ga met de lapjes in de weer. ’s Avonds kijken we een filmpje.
